Mrs. Dorothy Milliner arrived at Rockford Health and Rehab a little dazed from what took her to the hospital in the first place. For her first therapy assessments, she required two staff members to get in and out of bed, maximum assistance for transfers, was unable to tolerate walking, and needed maximum assistance with her activities of daily living. With her motivation, playful spirit, family, and her four-legged little girl, she achieved bed mobility with contact guard assistance for steadying, supervision to standby assistance of 150 feet, and was able to navigate steps with one-sided railing with minimum assistance.

Our Rockford team is so proud of Mrs. Milliner and her family. We wish her continued success with Home Health services for her transition to home and her upcoming 64th wedding anniversary. Our team congratulates her and celebrates her success!
